Looks great on, loved the waist smocking. Elastic may not be the best but this is perfect for going out to dinner, casual shopping, informal outdoor wedding. I am 5’4” and could wear with flats. You don’t need a slip underneath. Also, great price, nice material, hangs out well.

This dress is beautiful, the fabric is vibrant in color and the cut is very feminine and flattering. I ordered this dress after seeing it on someone else and loved it from first sight. I will order more in different colors!
